Christmas Returns
We understand that shopping for gifts should be a hassle-free, stress-free process, which is why we have extended our usual returns policy to allow for customers buying gifts.
For orders placed between the 1st of November and the 16th of December 2024, we have extended our returns policy to the 15th of January 2025 to give you time to return any unwanted items after Christmas.
For orders placed after 16th December, it reverts back to our normal 30-day returns policy.

These are the dates that our couriers have provided to us; however, they are not guaranteed. All couriers have advised us that they will be delivering on Christmas Eve; however, we have not been advised on what hours they will be operating.
