Palace Skateboards
Palace Skateboards was founded in London in 2009 by Lev Tanju and Gareth Skewis. It was obvious from the early days that they would carve their own path in skateboarding thanks to their instantly recognisable brand identity, high-profile collaboration projects and amazing skateboard team. Palace was one of the first brands to use influences from the 1990s era in their graphical style, which also showed through in a number of their skateboard films. This look, whilst taking cues from the past, created a look that was completely unique, unapologetic and modern.
Palace Skateboards has continued to grow its global presence and now operates stores in London, New York City, Los Angeles and Tokyo. They have also grown their skateboard team to one of the best in the industry with a list of riders that is strictly top tier. This includes the likes of Lucien Clarke, Lucas Puig, Heitor da Silva, Chewy Cannon, Danny Brady, Rory Milanes, Benny Fairfax, Charlie Young, Jamal Smith and Kyle Wilson.
