Questions about your order

Can I change/update my order?

Generally, once an order is placed we cannot change it, you would need to contact us to cancel the order and place a new one.

If the order has already shipped then it cannot be changed.

If your order has not been shipped and the address contains an error or is not a valid delivery address, contact us ASAP.

Can I cancel my order?

Generally, yes but this is not a guarantee, as your order may have progressed too far within the system to stop it or may have already been dispatched. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel an order.

Questions about shipping

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 3 pm GMT on a weekday are usually shipped the same day.

An order placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

My order has not been delivered.

The first thing to do is to check your tracking, this should tell you where your order is on its journey.

If your order is late or you think there is a problem with your order, we can investigate further.

How do I find my tracking details?

When an order is successfully completed you will automatically be sent an order confirmation email with your order details. If you have not received this email, there are a number of possible reasons.

For example, there is a typo in your email address or you may use an email provider with aggressive spam settings (Gmail and Hotmail).

The first thing to do is check your spam folder. If it is not there, we can investigate further so please get in touch.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The transit time for orders can vary based on the courier you had chosen when you placed your order.

Generally, our UK services take 2-5 business days for standard service and 1-2 business days for express services. You can find out more detailed information here:

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item for a different size please return the item(s) for a refund and purchase the required size/product.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Standard Returns – Once we have received your return, we aim to process it within 5 business days, however, please allow longer during busy periods like Christmas.

Express Returns – We will refund you within one business day of you posting the return.

Note: Please allow up to 7 working days for your bank to process your refund, in most cases this should not take longer than 48 hours.
