Flip Skateboards was founded in 1991, in England, originally called Deathbox Skateboards. Headed by Jeremy Fox and Ian Deacon, the company moved to the US in 1994 bringing soon to be skateboarding legends like Geoff Rowley, Tom Penny, Rune Glifberg and Andy Scott with them. Having some of the most popular pros skate for them, they cemented themselves as one of the big brand name brands that came out of the 90’s era. Flip are famous for their iconic graphics and making some exemplary films such as Sorry, Really Sorry and Extremely Sorry. As a brand, Flip Skateboards is always evolving as a company and continues to work with some of the industries best skateboarders. Currently, their skateboard team consists of, Louie Lopez, Curren Caples, Matt Berger, David González and Lance Mountain.
