Why do you charge for returns?
For the past 10 years, we have offered customers a free returns option as we felt this provided excellent value to our customers. However, this is no longer sustainable due to the rising costs we are all seeing in the world around us.
We still think our returns offer excellent value and for full transparency, the actual cost of the return to us is much greater than what we charge.
Before starting your return, please make sure to read our returns policy.
Complete the form on this page completing ALL required fields. This form tells our customer service team about your return.
Once the form is complete click the “Submit & Start Return” button and you will be directed to the returns portal automatically to create your return and label.
Enter the details request and then follow the instructions to create your return.
Once the return is created, you can either print your label and affix it to your parcel, or you can take the confirmation email you receive to the drop-off point and they can print the label for you.
Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point.

Refund Policy
For orders placed on Amazon, eBay or Fruugo, please refer to the information in the next tab.
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Supereight, however, if for any reason you are not you may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note the following before returning an item.
- Items must be in brand-new condition, unworn, and fit for resale. It is ok to try things on to see if they fit but please make sure you do so in a clean environment. For example, shoes should be tried on indoors.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and with all tags and labels still attached.
- Please wrap items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to goods or boxes. Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the product’s packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear.
Once we receive your return it will be processed by our returns department and a refund is usually issued within 7 business days. If you purchase Express Returns, your refund will be processed within 1 business day of you posting the item (this excludes weekends and public holidays).
If the item has been returned in accordance with the above terms you will receive a full refund for your item and any standard shipping costs you purchased.
Please note we are unable to refund any premium outbound shipping costs (such as next-day delivery). This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, there is a useful article on this on the Which? website.
Marketplace orders – Ebay, Amazon and Fruugo
If your order was placed on Amazon, eBay or Fruugo, you must start a return within the respective platform and follow the instructions there. This is because we cannot refund you until you do so.
Please also note that we cannot offer a free returns label from the system within this website. If your order qualifies for a free returns label it will be offered to you when you start the return within Amazon, eBay or Fruugo’s returns system.
UK Returns
If you would like to return an item from another country, please see the “International Returns” section below.
How Does it work?
If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, please complete the form on this page with the details of your return. You will then be given instructions on how to return your item(s).
Once we have received your items we will process your refund request.
Please note:
- For refunds, it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to clear to your account once they have been processed.
- We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post if they are sent by a courier other than the ones offered here.
- If you require an exchange, please return your unwanted item for a refund and then purchase the item you need. This is the quickest and most efficient way to handle exchanges.
How to complete a return:
- Complete the form on this page completing ALL required fields.
- Once the form is complete click the “Submit & Start Return” button and you will be directed to the Supereight returns portal automatically.
- Enter the email address you used to place your order and then follow the instructions to create your return.
- Print your label and affix it to your parcel or check you have received your QR code.
- Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point.
- Sit back and relax!
Faulty Returns
If you think your item is subject to a manufacturing fault, please complete the form on this page giving a full description of the fault, you will then be able to create a free returns label. Once we receive the return, we will examine the item and contact you with our assessment. Please note that we often contact the manufacturer for their opinion and whether they consider it to be covered by their warranty. If the product is deemed to be faulty we will refund your item in full and your return postage (this excludes any express services such as guaranteed next-day or timed delivery, as these are unnecessary and will not speed up the processing of your claim).
With regard to faulty claims for Skateboard Decks, please note:
– Any skateboard deck that is snapped, cracked, or delaminated is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
– Most snapped or cracked boards occur when one or both feet are positioned incorrectly when landing a trick, jump, slide, grind or grab. If this happens, we are unfortunately unable to replace your board.
– We cannot replace your board if it has been subject to excessive moisture, for example, having been submerged in water or left out in the rain. Skateboard decks are sensitive to moisture and should not be used in wet conditions.
– If considering the above, you think your deck suffers a manufacturing fault, please contact us.
International returns
We are a UK-based company and while we ship worldwide the returns process will vary depending on the country you ordered from. In most cases we will have a returns address in your country, please read the below sections for more detailed information on returning from your country or contact us for more information.
International eBay and Amazon orders
If your order was placed on Amazon or eBay, you must start a return within the respective platform and follow the instructions there. This is because we cannot refund you until you do so.
Please also note that we cannot offer a free returns label from the system within this website. If your order qualifies for a free returns label it will be offered to you when you start the return within either eBay or Amazon’s returns system.
Returns from the US
If you are returning an item from the USA, please package it appropriately for shipping and include the purchase invoice in the package. You can then ship the item to our US returns address:

- If returning shoes, please DO NOT apply tape to the shoe box, this will mean we may not be able to refund your order as we consider the packaging part of the product and therefore applying tape damages the product.
- If you are returning items from outside of the UK, please write on the outside of the package ‘Returned goods, relief applied for.’ This will avoid any unnecessary customs charges.
- We are unable to offer exchanges for customers in the US at this time.
- We are currently not able to offer free returns from customers in the US. If you are returning an item from the US, you will need to pay the postage to our US returns address (above).
Returns from Ireland
If you are returning an item from Ireland, please package it appropriately for shipping and include the purchase invoice in the package. You can then ship the item to our Irish returns address:

Returns from Germany
If you are returning an item from Germany, please package it appropriately for shipping and include the purchase invoice in the package. You can then ship the item to our German returns address:

International Returns & Exchanges
If you place an order with a shipping location that is outside the UK, unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns or exchanges. However, if you are not happy with you purchase for any reason, within our standard returns period, you can return the item for a full refund which will be credited to you upon our receipt of the item returned. If you require a different item or size, please place a new order.
