Alien Workshop

Alien Workshop Skateboards was one of the most influential skateboard brands that immerged from the early 90s and rode the wave of growth in skateboarding at the time. Founded by Chris Carter, Mike Hill and Neil Blender in 1990 the brand had a completely new angle on design with regards to both how the boards looked and the skate films that they produced such as Time Code, Photosynthesis and Mind Field. At the time, this was really refreshing as we had not seen anything like it before, plus they had one of the best teams around including the likes of Josh Kalis, Jason Dill Rob Dyrdek, Danny Way, AVE, Fred Gall, Lennie Kirk and more. Alien Workshop was proof that you did not need to be based in the California bubble to be successful in the skateboard industry and after a number of owners throughout the years, the brand is still thriving and once again independently owned and run by Mike Hill out of Ohio.
