Dirty Ghetto Kids or DGK Skateboards as it is commonly known is a brand of skateboard products founded by 1990s skateboarding legend Stevie Williams after leaving his previous board sponsor. The brand was founded on the ethos of east street culture which resonates through the visual DNA of their products with inspiration taken from Hip hop music and graffiti. This unique look is hard to replicate, which is what enabled DGK to carve their own path in skateboarding. They built a solid fan base and solidified their vision by bringing on respected riders such as Josh Kalis, John Shanahan, Dane Vaughn, Marcus McBride, Chaz Ortiz and Boo Johnson. This combination of visually compelling products and incredible skateboarders has made DGK a force to be reckoned with.
