WKND

WKND Skateboards is the brainchild of master videographer Grant Yansura and was created as an outlet for his personal projects outside of his work for Nike SB at the time. Based in LA, WKND Skateboards is a tight group of friends that all absolutely rip at skateboarding, alongside an elite level videographer. The result of this is not only the perfect recipe for great skate edits but also a great company with a unique look and feel. With a lot of the artwork used in their deck graphics originating from the riders themselves, there is no hiding behind generic graphics. This in turn allows the riders to express themselves in whichever way they want. With a team consisting of Alexis Sablone, Jordan Taylor and Tom Karangelov to name a few, WKND has both creativity and ability in heaps.
