Pat Tenore and Conan Hayes founded RVCA clothing in 1999. Right from launch they planted themselves right in the core of surf and skate culture, with heavily art driven imagery and seeking out pro’s know for their creativity on and off the board to represent their brand. With their ‘The Balance of Opposites,’ ethos that is the inspiration for their logo and other imagery, they understand what it means to support the creative world working to support contemporary galleries and art spaces, such as the KNOWN gallery. RVCA is associated with some of the most creative athletes from skateboarding to surfing that include the likes of Andrew Reynolds, Aidan Campbell, Kevin ‘Spanky’ Long and Mark Suciu.
